The Project Committee

The Project Committee is made up of supervisors from all 3 participating Soil & Water Conservation Districts: 
East Cassia, Minidoka, and West Cassia.  


The Project Committee brings together conservation projects that benefit Cassia and Minidoka Counties.  


Committee Members include: 
Richard Kunau, Ken Woodworth, Dusty Wilkins, Hannah Sanders, Jordan Searle, and Luke Stevenson.

Innovative Soil Monitoring Project 

 

* We are working with landowners in this cost-share project in an effort to learn more about moisture holding capacity of the soil.  

COMMUNITY CONSERVATION Classes

* Community Conservation Classes are  free to the public.  Classes are offered periodically and focus on conservation.  Class topics benefit both urban and rural land owners.  

WORKSHOPS  

​

* Workshops have been held most years and address soil health and grower issues.
